we produce intentionally and in limited quantities. for this reason, all sales are final. we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

sizing amendments

we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.

- for pre-order pieces, sizing changes must be requested before the pre-order window closes.

- for ready-to-ship pieces, sizing changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

all requests must be submitted via email within the applicable timeframe.

once the window has closed or production has begun, we are unable to make changes.

faulty items

each garment is inspected before dispatch.

if you believe you have received a faulty item or if your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. items must be unworn and in original condition for review.

we cannot accept claims for wear, improper care, or general use.
